Colorado shirt, $3

I’ve never been tempted to wander into a Colorado store. From the doorway the clothes look so safe – even dull – and the cookie-cutter shopfronts are located so predictably inside every major shopping centre. But then I saw this shirt in an op shop, and the delicate mattress stripe featuring three shades of blue, two shades of brown and some green, grey and white for good measure immediately struck me as a thing of beauty. So, now that I’ve officially overcome my bias against Colorado, I suppose I’ll be taking a closer look at Gazman next.
